The current source is a consolidated ratification draft. This public pilot applies stricter controls first, but does not claim that the constitution is in force or create hidden authority.

Person before outcome

Dignity, consent, safety, recovery and the athlete's own voice cannot be traded for progression.

Fact before narrative

Verified fact, reported statement, inference, opinion and unknown remain visibly separate.

Written authority only

A conversation, introduction or data receipt never creates permission to bind JP or the athlete.

Separate maker, reviewer and approver

The person operating the tool cannot silently become its final institutional authority.

Preserve error and dissent

Originals, adverse facts, minority views and reasons for correction stay findable.

Closure stays reopenable

New evidence, harm, jurisdiction, conflict or a false premise can formally reopen the record.
