Three perspectives for a protection decision, kept separate from the full performance-assessment team.
These three people are not a universal team replacing every athlete service. They form the Athlete Protection Trinity deciding whether ordinary process continues or stops and which qualified route receives a case involving safety, rights and psychological risk.
EnglishThe Athlete Protection Trinity is a case-specific protection team: the Representative, a former-athlete psychology counsellor and a lawyer. It is not the full performance evaluation team.
Reads the whole context of athlete, family, institution, country, time and authority, stopping ordinary assessment or commercial process when a protection signal appears. Defines the specialist scope and next owner, and an authorised person checks the named owner's draft.
Drawing on NFL athlete experience and psychology and counselling expertise, reads pressure behind performance, injury, retirement, family and identity transition together. Sees the athlete as a person with a next life, not a scorecard, and distinguishes the needed psychology or counselling route.
Reviews routing rules and criteria so contract, rights, labour and regulatory questions from Korea do not go to the wrong service. Identifies what facts are missing and which qualified route must decide.

Athlete Trinity began as an independent homage to the long-term development spirit shown by Athletic Club and Lezama.
